An Individual was not allowed to know anything about me or Shauna when this started due to biotechnology already present and financial clearances as well as poss. clearances with OPG.

This can be confirmed by her commanding officer as she had Narcotics charges related to amphetamines laid against her in 2015 and was not allowed to leave the city.

It appears now that Shauna and Another were chosen via TPS and I was chosen by DND, U.N. or NATO. With research being funded for a simular project by TD Bank (Presumed).

Due to a woman who goes by Shay, who has a relation with Shauna's sons father i believe. She conspired to insist with fraudulent information, threats and blackmail her way into the Handler position that I had been chosen for. However given that she could not replace me, she ran her own program parallel to the ongoing research and this is where I believe something happened to Shauna's handler, and she insisted someone take that position.

This was to ensure that Shauna would not be in a position to find out what she had done I believe in relation to her or her family and essentially would be the reason as I'm under the impression She was the one who activated Shauna, in relation to her sons fathers family. There needs to be a check in DND and/or DOD records. This would probably apply to another and a lot more individuals I would presume.

One night in Tim Horton's Shay had someone put asset tracking into my neck using botox as a neurotoxin for anti rejection. During this event she stole an Ipod for pictures that were on it. However I had reset it and she then procured these images from a man named Ninja's laptop from the backup. She would have had access to know that I would have one on the other side. Meaning breech of classified, top secret networks/databases I would presume.

She conspired with local law enforcement or a task force and someone in the judicial system or many, to pretty much take over the project and she chose 10 individuals, and used Shauna's living allowances. The upfront portion of 3 million to pay each of those individuals 300k. Now we see why my medications were stolen. These 10 people would have also been activated Illegally, aswell I can verify individuals who have been activated. One being a TPS officer that I confirmed while he was reading something.

There was a man of east indian descent, an under cover officer I beleive who was apart of this as one day with Shauna at tim hortons, noticeably tweaked right out. As shauna left and walked past him, it was obvious they knew each other. (This is where we get into Human Trafficking involving members of law enforcement.) I then followed him, and he went into the north west corner of Ryerson where I had been asked to go before by operatives to see if Meth production had taken place there. On the day I got a rescind notice issued by a court in 111, There was a detective there and 2 others, presumably for me. The east Indian would be in direct relation to the above under cover.
